Technology

Technology as a way of shaping sound, systems and ideas.

Simone’s work has moved across professional audio, web, digital systems and network infrastructure. That experience remains part of how S2D01 is built today.

A practical relationship with technology

Technology is not a separate identity added to the music. It is a working material: a way to build instruments, organize processes, connect systems and give form to sound.

The approach is deliberately concrete and personal, grounded in long experience rather than in a list of fashionable tools.

Projects and practice

Selected areas where sound, software and systems meet.

MOODS is a generative sound design engine for macOS, created by S2D01. It transforms selected audio materials into continuous, layered and non-repeating sound environments.

Web and digital systems are part of Simone’s wider technical practice, alongside graphics, professional audio and network infrastructure.

COS / KOS was born from a practical need: keeping the continuity of a real workspace under control while its knowledge remains organized and usable. KOS organizes the knowledge of a workspace; COS keeps the project under control, following context, decisions, commitments, implementation, verification, blockers, priorities and next actions. It is the chief of staff everyone wishes they had: it checks that canonical texts and documentation remain aligned with approved decisions and the current state of the project, prepares traceable updates and leaves final approval to the end user. It does not decide on their behalf.

The project is currently being implemented and refined through MOODS, its first operational workspace. It is not a generic chatbot or a finished product presented in advance: it is a working architecture being built around evidence, human approval and traceable outcomes.
